At the bottom of the screen, you will find your "Main Control Panel". Everything related to your website and account can be found in this bar.
When you move your mouse, these little icons appear over everything that is editable on your website
When you hover over of any "Content Block Control", this menu will appear. This menu relates to the content block you want to make changes to, Like Edit / Add / Duplicate / Delete and so on.

On any text block, Open the edit screen by hovering over the "Content Block Control" 
and clicking the "Edit" 
icon. Any field that is being used will be highlighted like this.
Tip 1:
Don't Copy from Word
Never Copy and Paste from Microsoft Word directly! The formatting that Microsoft Word applies will override the lovely design our developers have chosen for your content. Instead, Copy your text to Notepad and then Copy it again from Notepad to Paste into this box.
Tip 2:
Undo and Redo Changes
If you make a mistake, don't fret!
Hold Ctrl Z to undo the changes you've made. If you want to redo the changes, hold CTRL Y.

icon. Select your new image, click "Open" and your image will be replaced.

Any of the settings that are relevant to your website can be found in the Site Settings. The Site Settings can be found in the main Control Panel at the bottom of the page.
Click on this button to open the Site Settings window 
Click the Save and Close button 
at the top of the page and you're done!

To add a new block, hover over the and click the 
icon. In the screen that opens, fill in only the fields that are highlighted like this. When you're done, click the button at the top of the screen. You should see the content block you just added.
Although the fields you need to fill in are highlighted like this, you may find it easier to copy an existing block and change the content. To duplicate a block, hover over the and click the 
icon. In the screen that opens, replace the filled fields with the content for the new block. When you're done, click the button at the top of the screen and you're done! You should see the new content block.
To delete blocks, hover over the and click the 
icon. Click the button at the top of the screen to confirm you want to delete the content block. You should no longer see the block.
You just need to hover over the control icons and choose the change you want to make.Open the edit screen by hovering over the and clicking the icon. Any field that is being used is highlighted like this. Add or change the product name, description, price, image, etc. When you're done, click the button at the top of the screen. Your changes will be applied.
Every other change - adding, copying, deleting products is done the same way as explained above for blocks.
in the main control panel to throw away the previously saved copy of your site and publish the version you just made with all of your new changes. When you logout 
(or for advanced users, you can enter a private browsing mode) you will see what your website looks like to the public. 
and then you'll be able to edit the code to your heart's content.
